Delete your Freightly account

Two ways to delete your account and the data linked to it.

In the app

Open Freightly and go to Settings.
Choose Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is closed immediately.

By email

Send a message from the email address on your account to info@freightly.us with the subject "Delete my Freightly account". We will confirm the request and delete the account.

What is deleted

Your profile, login and notification preferences.
Your shipment list and the tracking history linked to it.
Your device tokens used for push notifications.

Deletion completes within 30 days. Purchase records held by Apple or Google remain with them under their policies, and we keep minimal records required for accounting or security for the period the law requires.

An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings first, otherwise the store keeps billing you.
